Claudette Douglas, DMS, PA-C

Claudette Douglas is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with a Doctorate of Medical Science. She has over 15 years of experience practicing in family and internal medicine. She received a Doctor of Medical Science degree from Lincoln Memorial University, Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from South University, and Bachelors in English/Biology from Rutgers University. She has obtained specialized training in several areas of medicine including, functional medicine, ketamine treatment for mental health disorders, nutrition treatment for mental health disorders, psychedelic integration, suboxone treatment for opioid use disorder, counseling for substance abuse disorder, and other integrative medicine modalities. She held a professorship teaching clinical medicine, one of the most enjoyable positions in her career. Dr. Douglas considers herself a professional student, she enjoys learning, un-learning and re-learning as the field of medicine changes rapidly. Patients gravitate to Dr. Douglas’s amiable style, patience, and compassion. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and playing the guitar.

Joan Baijnath, MD

Dr. Baijnath is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in the field of allopathic and alternative medicine. She received her MD from St. Georges University and her undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University. Over the decades in practice, she has received specialized training in addiction medicine, integrative medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and Compassionate Inquiry psychotherapy approach. Dr. Baijnath subspecializes in medical marijuana in the state of FL, suboxone treatment, pain/addiction management, medical aesthetics, gut health, and hormone replacement therapy. She has a thirst for knowledge – not only medical knowledge but also about the purpose of life and how to lead and help others lead a purposeful life. She has built a thriving medical practice based largely on her empathetic and compassionate nature. In her spare time, she loves to garden, read, travel, cook, be in nature, sew, and spend time with her family.
